"The outside area and dinning was nice. The activities were nice as well. Food options were good!
The only thing was the rooms. They were not clean. When the cleaning staff came to clean, they left the same dirty pillow cases on. Also, the towels and rags were not as clean. It looked used.
The taxis were expensive from the hotel. "

Be aware the hotel is not directly on the beach — you need to cross the strip (staff assist), and beach chairs cost extra. Minibar could be better stocked with local beer options.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just important to know what to expect."

"Wonderful until I was charged $30 for damaging 2 washclothes. Not happy. I used 1 washcloth to clean up coffee I spilled in the coffee tray while trying to pour a cup of coffee!!! The other was used to wash off máscara! Im not happy at all. I have never heard of such BS. I will never go to anyothere RIU Hotel/ resort again. I was told that is why they have housekeepers. Never again!"

"We had an ocean view room which was truly amazing. The hotel is luxurious, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly and made you feels very special, nothing was too much trouble and they catered to your every need, even had drinks service on the beach! There was always a selection of food and drinks and again if you wanted you could have pool service. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends or even solo travellers. "
