"We received a very warm reception when we arrived. We were slightly early but the receptionist managed to make our rooms available.
The rooms were lovely: well laid out and good proportion. The bed was very comfortable and we all had two lovely fluffy pillows. Bathroom products were good.
Spread at breakfast was terrific catering to everyone’s taste and always freshly topped up.
Location is great , walking distance to Cathedral Square and Pilies Street, and most of the Old Town.
Very comfortable stay and would be our first choice if we came again."
"We stayed 4 nights, hotel location is walking distance to many cafes, shops and restaurants. Hotel staff was attentive and professional throughout our stay.
Chris was helpful when explaining the layout between the two separate buildings.
Our only complaint was that the room’s location in the secondary building required using two elevators and walking through the corridor each time, which felt a bit inconvenient especially when carrying luggage or returning late at night."
"The condition of the hotel and the room was good. The breakfast was good. The only thing they don’t clean the room every day we start five nights they cleaned it on the fourth night and they only put coffee and tea on the first day if you want additional coffee or tea, you have to pay €2.50 each time. "
"Lovely breakfast, attentive and welcoming staff. The only negative was that it was a little further from the centre of town than some other options. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and away to the train station."
"Food had run out at breakfast, only very high (unreachable) lockers left to keep luggage in and I had to be on tiptoe to reach the soaps in the shower. No room safe. In sum, had the feel of an overpriced youth hostel designed by a giraffe."
