"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is small but perfectly adequate and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was very good throughout our stay.
We did experience a small issue with the air conditioning, but Katia, who checked us in, was also the person who later helped us resolve the problem. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, which made a big difference.
Overall, everything was fine, and thanks especially to the great service, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again"

"Superb furnishing in the room. Amazing quality linens and towels. Good strong shower-head. Had difficulty lowering the temperature, the room is not fitted with air conditioning but at least you can open the window ajar to get a breath of fresh air. Huge bed. Very comfy! Staff in the restaurant were pleasant and welcoming; the reception staff were a bit off-hand but we stayed at a holiday weekend so I suppose their tempers were a little frayed."
