Maldives Hotels

Great Resort, unbeatable location and wonderful staff. We had the best time of our life over the 8 days spent in the hotel just last week. Could not ask for more. Staff is so friendly, amenities are amazing and management makes you wish all hotels were this well managed. Although quite a distance from the Pacific Northwest, we may consider visiting the Maldives again and staying at Baros.

We researched extensively. Several spreadsheets and reviews of multiple sites. Our experience was the best. Not sure which adjective would summarize our experience the best. But the best. We’ve been to 50+ countries, and as Americans done many all inclusive trips to the Caribbean and Mexico. The Haleveli experience puts them all to shame. We have just returned from a wonderful five night stay at Constance Moofushi, Maldives. We really could not fault it, from the quality of the food and drink, the friendliness of the staff and the superb accommodation. It truly was an island paradise. We stayed in an over water villa. Went here on our honeymoon. We have nothing negative to say about this place. They have so many restaurants to eat from and so many activities to choose from, you won’t get bored. Our room was an overwater villa. It was cleaned twice a day by Jashim. He really went out of his way to make our room look neat and organized. We had our honeymoon at the Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa and it was a dream come true. Absolutely no complaints from our end. We purchased the all-inclusive package and it was truly all-inclusive. We had excellent 5 star meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all the snacks and drinks you can imagine. We stayed at Taj Exotica Resort for 3 days for our honeymoon during last week of Nov 2014 and it was just amazing. The resort is very beautiful with warm sandy beaches and turquoise blue waters. We loved our vacation at Lily Beach. A huge thank you to Mussey and the house boy for all the special things they did to make our stay over the top special. Our villa was awesome! We especially enjoyed the house reef snorkeling, the spa, and lots of relaxing.

This resort has the great Maldives views but it has much more than that. The access to ocean activities including Mana Ray and dolphin watching, first class yoga and spa amenities, and finally the nicest and most attentive staff any where. As of November 2021 there was a substantial amount of construction going on.

Excellent holiday destination. Extremely well run resort. Accommodation, food, facilities and service were exceptional. The over water villas were perfectly located located had amazing sea life in and around the units. The villas were well serviced. The food options and variety; quality was of a high standard. The entertainment and evening activities were also very good.

Kurumba was just amazing. From the check-in process to checking out, everything was flawless. They made the speedboat from the airport effortless. They greeted us with delectable coconut sherbet. The activities they had were awesome- from the Maldivian cooking class with Ibrahim (which includes a free lunch!) to the Back of the House Tour to the Snorkeling Lesson, we had a blast! WOW. I mean just wow. From the seaplane ride over it just takes your breath away. This property is unmatched! We have been to Maldives before but never here. We are coming here from now on. This was my 3rd trip to Maldives and this was my best experience yet. I loved the fact that the resort was adult only. That was great especially since I am in education. Made the extended weekend seem like a real holiday. The supreme sunset villa was an excellent choice. The only issue is the sun set happened on the opposite side of the villa, so we could not see it. Where can I start! Our trip to Fushifaru Maldives was EXCEPTIONAL! It was our first time in the Maldives and we went for our honeymoon for 6 nights in an overwater villa in December 2021 from the United States! This resort makes you forget the long flights and makes it so worth it. From arriving to Male airport to going to the lounge and the beautiful seaplane transfer and views, and then having a host and everyone being super helpful and nice. Totally recommend this little piece of heaven....

The transfers were very easy, however it is quite far from the main Male airport and takes about 2 hours to get there in total. Food was great, entertainment and staff though the rooms were a bit outdated and could use a remodel - Price per night reflects this though, in comparison to the rest of the Maldives.

Not only did the ocean waters and sandy beaches look even better in person, but the entire experience was a wonderful vacation. Additionally, we had a minor medical situation and the onsite doctor, Dr. Dema was wonderful; the hotel manager, Ally was also wonderful. We highly recommend this property!
