"Firstly, my check in time was 12pm in the afternoon I got there around 6pm and yet I was told that my room is no more available, the staff made me book a ride to another hotel costing me 8k , mind you he jumped inside the uber with me to the new hotel . After getting to the hotel he came back telling me we should go back to the hotel cos now he has available room .on getting back to the hotel I was left at the reception for over 45 min …. Finally I got a dirty room 😂 fast forward to 12 am ac stopped working 🙄 I called for them to fix it, to my biggest surprise I was offered a fan till the next day …. Rooms are so dirty and needed renovations"
"This hotel has been a childhood dream, and I have aspired to stay at this iconic establishment for many years. Ultimately, I fulfilled this aspiration, and it was truly a dream come true. The British motifs are prominently displayed, which is a positive aspect considering I have resided in the UK for over 35 years. I appreciated the ambiance; the security is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Although I did not dine during my stay, despite my reservation including a complimentary breakfast, what stood out most for me was the location, the security, and above all, the attentive staff, as well as the in-house pub that remains open until around 3am It is indeed a remarkable place, and I will certainly return. However, the rooms could benefit from some refurbishment."
"I particularly liked that I felt safe within the property, the room was exceptionally clean, the bed was super soft, and there was zero power interruption...just the very little and absolutely essential things one takes for granted but are totally required for a comfortable stay....thank you Transcorp!"
