"The room was clean. There was no hot water in the morning. Something in the bathroom (hot water heater??) was leaking. When had the shower running to try and get hot water, it leaked out of the stall. Soap dispenser was basically empty. Location has conveniences but was a little less than safe feeling. Bad smell in the hallway of our floor. Would not stay again."
"Conveniently located to train and metro hubs in city center, The Hub sparkled with youthful energy. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in variety, quantity and freshness of offerings, and the dining room was spacious.
Room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, but the thermostat couldn't cool the room well and the lighting was insufficient. The mini fridge is stocked with costly options leaving no room for personal foodstuff.
Excellent fitness spaces with weights, cardio machines, mats, balls and circuit trainers. Unfortunately the dry sauna and the jacuzzi were inoperable both evenings for us."
"We were two adults. Room was a little small And uncomfortable. But clean. Bed was good. Had to leave window open for air so pretty noisy overnight. Bathroom a nice size. Great location. Right in the heart of the city. A lot of amenities here especially for children. Used laundry equipment. Worked out well. Had a restaurant attached to it. unfortunately did not realize that and wished I could have gone there for a nice breakfast."
"Clean, well maintained, extremely small room, could barely fit our suitcases. Comfy beds, slept well. Confusion taking stairs, at lobby level door locked, sign said to push button. the button at he door turned out to be the emergency alarm, the button to open door was further back"
"Unique and panoramic view from indoor pool.Overlooking Oslofjord.Beautiful hotel,very posh.Me and my husband enjoyed our stay here.Accessible to all the public transport.Room is very spacious, ,love the shower.And they look after guest by providing ice dispenser area,very helpful in hot summer months.Staff are gorgeous and lovely in Welcome reception 😘❤️❤️."
