"Super convenient location to airport. Nice room with all the essential amenities. We had a wonderful lounge waitress who took good care of us. It was great having free airport shuttle too."
"It took me 20 mins to check in and there wasn’t a queue. The aged gentleman checking me in seemed to be computer illiterate and he kept making mistakes including not being able to find my reservation. Eventually another younger staff member found it. My air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom fixtures needed maintenance ( loose toilet seat etc).
Overall not up to normal Radisson standards."
"Very decent stay. Their branding is really cute, and the hotel buildings/pool/etc are a great place to hang out. The room was totally fine.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was not the best. The room didn't feel that clean (lots of scuffs on the walls, some leftover product (like brown specs of some body scrub) in the shower, a good amount of fuzz under furniture, etc). Also, the conditioner in the room was empty and the shampoo was clearly filled with water (I assume by the previous guest). It was strange to me that it was apparent that housekeeping didn't look at those.
Also, in the restaurant, we were given plates that were very dirty (like multiple bits of different food stuck on them). The waitor was very kind and changed them but overall I got the impression that cleanliness is lacking at the property!!"
"The reception staff we met on day of arrival was very good. But not for rest of the days
1. House keeping staff did not understood english. Neither did they made any effort to understand what we were asking. I would expect them to atleast understand the basic words, if they are in hospitaliy business in Europe.
2. We had to call reception 2-3 times a day for water. Every day i had to walk down to reception to ask for bottle of water. It always took them more than an hour to get back with that bottle.
3. Water, tea, coffee, milk, these were never topped up upon room cleaning. We had to ask for same every single day.
4. The swimming pool they have is outdoor, is as big as a cricket pitch, a bit smaller in length I would say.
5. We had breakfast one day, again the staff was bit straight face. I found it to be bit rude."
