"excellent hotel . write place to walk in to the main hub, 10 mins. as at least you can sleep at night. Security Guards to help you cross the road in front of hotel. Shuttle bus staff amazing.. fresh fruit shop staff wonderful. The rest all about just doing the jobs. not overly friendly. Food was 4* at most.no sea food or fresh fish at breakfast ,.egg man good. and fast. Room was amazing we had romantic suite. over all good stay but a bit underwelmed"

The location is excellent. It is easily walkable to great food, shopping, and Patong Beach, which made getting around effortless. A special highlight was the New Year’s Eve celebration. The team hosted a magnificent event that was fun, orderly, and exceptionally well executed, which says a lot given how chaotic that night can be.
