Despite the odd checkin hiccup - staff were awesome and gave me an upgrade (late check in early check out helps)
This hotel used to be a novotel now changed to hyatt with zero refurbishment with parts looking quite tired
But being at the airport nakes it convenient "
"The hotel is centrally located, right near public transportation and great shopping in walking distance. The room has a washer/dryer and full size fridge + microwave, excellent blackout shades and the rooms seemed pretty noise-proof, contributing to a good night’s sleep even with jet lag. The staff are super helpful. I debated staying in this hotel, among several choices, and am totally satisfied with that choice. Thank you to all the staff members (concierge, doormen, room cleaner(s) and wonderful front desk."
