Futuro is the ONLY hotel I stay at when I'm in Bishkek. The services and rooms are excellent, clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing.

Was nice and quiet for our short stay. Close to some good dining options and had some street parking on the same street.

This property is a truly top notch experience. Beautiful location. The food is delicious. The accommodations (yurts) have all the amenities. The staff is friendly and speak English. One caveat is that the road is a bit rough and needs to be marked better as map apps take you the wrong way.

Friendly staff and good location (though no more Lenin Statue?) - and I found the breakfast particularly impressive in terms of the range and quality of food available. The room had an AC unit with remote control that worked well. The shower had good water pressure. Wifi worked fine, too. I'd be happy to stay there again!

Even our Kyrgyz friend was surprised to find such nice acommodation in Karakol. Really we couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was fantastic and I liked that they had a guitar in the livingroom for guests to chill. The laundry room is also a huge plus for longer stays.

After backpacking through Kyrgyzstan and staying in yurts and guest rooms, I wanted to treat myself for the last two nights to some comfort. I selected the Solutel for its price (relative to other four star hotels) and proximity (short walking distance to central train station, money changers, eateries, and Ala Too Square). Best place to stay in Karakol. Excellent hotel, very comfortable and clean. Not a guesthouse but a real hotel with excellent breakfast

The rooms and the stay was impeccable! It truly went above my expectations, I was only there for one night but really was excellent. One note I would be wary about is using their “affiliate partner” taxi service who they recommended to get me to Karakol. He is maybe not the best person for English speaking tourists who are unfamiliar with the country to coordinate transport with. I had issues with my bank card when I first arrived and he had not appropriately addressed the situation to help me...

The staff were so kind and helpful. The place was so clean and enjoyable. The food for breakfast was amazing and there’s a lovely dining area where you can enjoy candy cookies, fruit, and coffee and tea anytime

Overall a great stay. The restaurant had great food. The pool was amazing. The kids playroom was fantastic for my daughter. Rooms were nice with a nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is they couldn’t find my reservation. I waited maybe 10 minutes in the lobby. Make sure you show them the booking number on the document they message you on Expedia. Without that they might not find it.
