I booked this place for five days, and three out of five days, they didn’t haev hot water. Well they didn’t have hot water certain hours of the day. When I complained about it, they told me there’s nothing wrong with the water tank and for me just to wait it out. It’s very hot in Vietnam so having an ac in the room is very important. "This The One Hotel is an older building compare to other The One Hotel. This hotel is located on Ly Tu Trong and right below is a massage store and at night there's 1 or 2 restaurants that have many tables and chairs on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel. Some people may like that, some may not. Hotel is Okay but older."
