"I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to other travelers. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The property itself is cozy and full of charm, surrounded by beautiful nature that creates a peaceful atmosphere. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also excellent—fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. "We had a wonderful stay in one of the newly remodeled suites. It was more than enough space for us and our two young girls and we loved the soaking spa and balcony! Breakfast was a really nice addition and the customer service and friendly staff made it a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Excellent location!"

"The property is in the upper side of the town, the view is amazing! Daniele is the perfect host, he knows everyone and everywhere, he can reccomend you the best food spots, beaches and everything else. The room was small but very comfortable, fridge, tv, bathroom and even a small balcony. Breakfast is served from 7:30 and when you get down the stairs you can smell the croissants coming out of the oven. I had a great experience, the historical part of the town is a few minutes walk and the beach is 10 min walk, in the evening (summertime) you can even jump on a small train if you feel lazy :) i definitely recommend it! "Absolute hidden gem in Abruzzo! It is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and just take in nature. The property is completely impeccable. If you are lucky enough to stay here, you absolutely must spend some time chatting with Franco. He is a wonderful 93-year-old gentleman with the best stories about the family's olive oil history and his lifelong passion for racing! Dina is also an incredible hostess who is always around to make sure you have everything you need. Highly, highly recommended!"

Carlo ci ha contattati tempestivamente per confermare la prenotazione e ha mantenuto una comunicazione costante e impeccabile sia prima che durante il soggiorno, fornendoci informazioni preziose e ottimi suggerimenti sulla zona, inclusi ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Il giorno dell’arrivo ci ha gentilmente informati che le camere sarebbero state disponibili prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in, un’attenzione che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato dopo un lungo viaggio in auto. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e ci ha accompagnati nelle camere, arredate con gusto e cura nei dettagli. La villa è davvero suggestiva e si integra perfettamente con il magnifico paesaggio circostante, offrendo un’atmosfera di pace e autenticità. La mattina seguente abbiamo gustato una deliziosa colazione accompagnata da un ottimo caffè, serviti con una cura e un’attenzione degne di una struttura a cinque stelle. Durante tutto il soggiorno, Carlo si è dimostrato un host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, premuroso e genuinamente interessato al nostro benessere. Non posso che raccomandare vivamente questo luogo a chiunque desideri concedersi un soggiorno rilassante in una vera oasi di tranquillità immersa nelle splendide colline abruzzesi."
