"The room is alright, however when I arrived there’s no hot water in the bathroom so my family didn’t take shower for the whole day whole night. It’s a pretty bad experience as it seems the staff isn’t surprised about the hot water issue and they said this cannot be fixed immediately. I was trying to ask for compensation but the only thing they can give is either a soft drink or brekkie which I don’t need all of them. The hair dryer in my room is also broken (when I was drying my hair after the hot water was back and I took a shower, it suddenly stopped and looks like it’s gonna burst as it has spark/flash inside of the hair dryer). Anyway I would say the equipment seems very old in this hotel. Also the noise cancelling is very bad, you can hear your neighbour’s sound when they are in corridor, I wouldn’t recommend here if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the lady in the reception is friendly btw. Other than that, no compliments for this hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is well located, close to train station & tram & within easy distance of shopping & places to eat. It’s an easy enough walk to old town & the beach area. There’s a good vibe around the area also. We didn’t eat at the hotel but staff were very helpful & the hotel was in good condition & comfortable."

"We picked this hotel because it was so close to the train station. A police officer at the airport indicated it was in a sketchy area, but we thought it was fine. A young man at reception very kindly took us to the laundromat half a block away and showed us how to use the machines, which was much appreciated and beyond the call of duty!"

"Awesome stay, great location with super clean and quiet room. The morming breakfast was definitely worth the €18. Dylan at the front desk was super helpful and all staff were very, very nice. I will definitely return to this property when planning to be in the area."

"Location is perfect, staff were lovely - personally I won’t be staying here again, the walls are so thin you can hear an entire conversation thats happening in the room next to you. I did speak to staff about this but it continued with both groups next to mine. The walls are just too thin and I value my sleep"

"Very handy to stay, the tram nearby and busstop outside the door. Secure parking. Room with balcony to sit out over the main road, but in the centre of Nice it was great watching trains, trams. Breakfast great in the big airy light conservatory."
