The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is quiet and a short walk to Hamilton. I would defiantly stay at Royal Palms in the future.

Don't let other people deceive you, this was a great hotel. I went during low season (January 14-17) and me and my husband were probably one of the few there. I have heard that during high season gets busy there but I don't like crowds. The staff lets you be and go wherever you want to. They are sweet and polite. When you need extra spoons or forks to eat food you brought they don't give you attitude. I got there like at 11am and they let me check in anyways although checking in was at 3pm. I...

If you are looking for something with a bit more charm than the larger resorts the Rosedon is your choice. There was nothing better than starting each of our mornings off with a breakfast cooked to order and served to us on our own patio overlooking the gorgeous gardens. The staff is so friendly they make you feel like guests in their own home. I am so glad we found this little gem to make our vacation so special.

It was a tremendous vacation, probably the best we have enjoyed. We both love Bermuda and decided to go there for our anniversary. Everyone was very friendly, the weather was beautiful, the food was great, and the hotel was beyond our expectations. We are planning to go back again.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone had a smile and wished us a good day. Gold level was worth every penny. Breakfasts, tea and afternoon drinks and nibbles were superb!

I stayed at The Oxford House for 3 nights in March and had a wonderful experience. The owner and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable, very clean, and had unique, comfortable furnishings. It really did feel more like a home than a hotel. Amazing stay at Bermuda , huge room and bathroom with tub was great . ocean view room . The pools and the beach everything was great the staff were very helpful. 10 min drive from the airport was defenty great especially when your not ready to leave paradise. Amazing property. You wont find a more unique experience with the Cathedral Cave swimming and the Natura Spa cave experience. Quiet and beautiful beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. The owner are just the nicest family! So is the evening lady, Latisha. We forgot one of our carry-ons in our room and noticed it at the airport during check-in. We stayed here for our 45th wedding anniversary and had an absolutely fantastic time. Hotel staff are very helpful, professional, and respond to requests and questions immediately. New walk in showers, washer and dryer in each cottage, staff friendly and accommodating. Would definately return to this resort.

If you’re looking for a deal this ain’t the place, you have to pay the cost to experience the luxury. That being said we were extremely pleased with how everything was, considering they are a new hotel with staffing issues. Location is absolutely breathtaking, maybe one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to. Every single bite of food is gourmet and delicious.
