Room was clean, comfortable and quiet - we booked a Suite - and we ate breakfast outside the hotel. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, and the MUT (Mercado Urbana Tobalaba) is walkable and includes a great food court in the basement. "

"This is the best place to stay in Santiago. It’s right next to the giant park. “The lungs of Santiago “ . There are many birds and the teleférico and funicular are right there. There is also a Hop on Hop off bus stop close by. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was wonderful and very generous. They arranged a taxi from the hotel which was very safe and convenient."

"The location is perfect however in this neighborhood a lot of the buildings are old now. I understand this happens, but the hotel is suffering from it's age. It sounded like they were working on fixing it up above me so that's going to help. The staff were all friendly. I have no big complaints. It was definitely very quiet at night."
