"Room was clean and bed was made every day as well as towels being changed. Breakfast was better than expected. The only negative I have to say is that check in was stated to be at 4pm and the room was still not ready by that time which left us uncomfortable after a long day of travel."

"Hotel central AC was turned off, we were sweating the room. I was offered a different room on the assumption that the air would work there, just to find out from the maintenance guy that the whole thing was turned off and they were not allowed by management or owner to turn it on. Front desk offered a fan and said that if I opened the window it should be OK. Hotel is advertised with AC in the rooms, if they are not going to turn it on you should be adviced before making a reservation. Just like when a pool is closed for renovations for example. "

"the room was so dirty. as soon as get in to the room I find bunch of hair everywhere . bathroom was not clean at all with a big disgusting stain in the shower. behind the beds was full of hair and dust. the seats were so dusty."
