Hade en superbra vistelse! Hotellet erbjuder ett riktigt bra gym â ett av de bĂ€sta jag stött pĂ„ nĂ€r det kommer till hotellgym, dessutom helt gratis! Padelbanorna var ocksĂ„ ett stort plus, perfekt bĂ„de för trĂ€ning och nöje.
Personalen var otroligt trevlig, hjÀlpsam och gjorde att man kÀnde sig vÀlkommen direkt. Rekommenderar verkligen det hÀr stÀllet till alla som vill kombinera avkoppling med trÀning. Kommer gÀrna tillbaka"
"This felt like staying in a friendâs farm house. What a neat way to take a break road tripping through Sweden! The house is spacious, plenty of games, pool table and places to roam after being in a car all day. Coffee and tea with all the fixins are readily available. Sit and read or chat with the other quests. We really enjoyed this unique lodging experience."
"The main building of the Gyllene Uttern looks like a Scandinavian castle. Perched high above Lake VĂ€ttern, it has a grand view of the lake, whether from a large terrace, one of its several lounging spaces, a glassed-in dining room, or from rooms facing the lake. It also has a baronial dining room, in which the very good breakfast buffet is laid out. We dined there in the evening, as well, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed comfortable suites overlooking the lake. The one disadvantage is that the old, castle-like hotel does not have an elevator, which made carrying up luggage a challenge, especially as we three couples were of ages 60 to 82. There was no indication of staff to assist with the luggage, which is the reason I gave "Staff & Service" 4 stars instead of 5. It has two newer two-story auxiliary buildings, which do have elevators. We have stayed in these before. The rooms are very comfortable, but not as charming as staying in a pseudo castle. "
