The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. However, it could use some updating. There was a musty smell in our room, which was not super bothersome but noticeable. Suggestions for the management: clarify that this is not a real "palace" but a property that was built 10-20 years ago (staff did not have much information about it). It is a beautiful building but wish there was more information available about how its history.
We got a standard room with a pet and it was not air conditioned. We asked for an air conditioned room for a small fee more and it was easily arranged and the staff was excellent. The restaurant of the hotel had a surprisingly good burger and the hotel breakfast the next morning was better than some expensive chains
This was my second time in Warsaw. First time in Falenty, I really enjoyed the hotel. It's a large property. Very clean! From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by the staff who spoke English. Peter and Paulina checked me in and offered polite smiles every day as well as the other staff whose names I didn't get.
