"My concern was getting in and out of the shower. Someone with disabilities or elderly would have a very difficult time accessing the shower as the bathtub is very high and there are no grab bars."

"We stayed one night to run the very nearby parkrun. Our room was on the 14th floor and had a lovely view. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Reception were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a restaurant/ bar and we sat outside enjoying a beer whilst we waited to be able to check in. Hotels.com says 2pm but it is actually 3pm, not a problem and reception staff were able to give us our room at 2.30 so no issues at all as a cold glass of beer after our journey was very welcome. We would definitely stay again as the Old Town was about a 30 minute walk too. "

"Excellent service at the hotel from Oksana. My bus from Belarus crossed the border earlier than expected, but I was accommodated at the hotel without waiting for the official check-in time. The rooms are clean, cozy, and in a great location, and the public bus from the hotel to the airport runs on schedule. Travel is inexpensive."

"Great value. Amazing room which was clean and spacious. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. As a solo traveller, I didn’t feel comfortable being out after dark - so used Bolt taxis which were cheap and reliable. "

"This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Gate of Hope, close to the train station and the bus station to the airport. The room was clean and spacious, with sufficient supply. The staff was very kind and helpful, they were ready to jump to help when we encountered difficulties due to an error of a member in our group. The breakfast was fresh and adequate. The price was reasonable for the room and service. Will recommend this hotel."

"Location , quiet, near railway and bus station s. Very good breakfast and dinner selection. Easy to walk into old city, and plenty of buses at 1.50 euro a trip back uphill from city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff"

"Great location within walking distance to the Old Town and train/bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surprised with the abundant kitchen amenities (even a dishwasher) that I didn’t use. The only thing I’d note is the bathtub. There isn’t a shower in the bathroom I was assigned to and the bathtub was right next to the toilet so I had to Asian squat in my shower to avoid splashing the entire bathroom. If you’re tall and big it’d not be an ideal situation (likely will have to sit and cramp in the tub). Other than that, I’m happy with the rest of the conditions for the price paid for."
