"The hotel is a bit old but the things that are important to us (sauna area, thermal pools, swimming pool) are all great. Food is average, a bit oily, but has relatively good options. "

The central heating failed to trigger in the evening, do it was very chilly at night, but better by morning - which was when we discovered that the inclusive coffee & tea had no cups in the room..... Small slip ups didn't detract from an lovely stay "
