"Smooth check in. Reception area was very modern and spotlessly clean. Our room was lovely . Opted for a design studio. Again super modern and clean. Had everything we needed. Big TV and very comfy bed. 1 big problem ,room was on ground floor , had an awful night's sleep as there is a metro which ran underneath the building. Very bad rumbling and vibration whenever a train went through. Asked to be moved to a higher floor the next morning. Went out for the day ,came back and we're given a room on the top floor. This was a bigger apartment. Same decor and style . Could still feel the rumble of passing trains BUT it didn't affect us at all. On that basis ,we would return and stay here again and would recommend. In a fabulous location of the new town,a few mins walk to the main stretch of shops bars Wenceslas square. "

"An overall lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile at all times. The room was a good size, a lovely comfy bed, initially pillows were fluffy and not the most supportive but the staff were happy to provide firm pillows on request. The breakfast was a nice selection that varied day-to-day, but could become a little repetitive after a few days (a problem at any hotel though!). All food was well cooked and of good quality The spa was wonderful, great sized pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room and a great place to unwind with views of the city. The hotel is showing its age a little in places, but this is mainly just little aesthetic touches like little dinks or wear. Overall I’d happily stay again. "

"My sister and I had an amazing time at the Hilton Prague. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful, including the bartenders at the Cloud 9 bar. The hotel was very clean and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Prague. "
