"Clean and right beside the bay and walkable. Front desk is handled by a different hotel in the same group and not very helpful to find the room. "

"We had no way of contacting the hotel. There was no answer to either of the numbets we found, we took a taxi then walked to the hotel, with suitcases, up hill. To leave, they took us to the bus station in their golf cart. Lots of stairs, not so easy for us, TV did not work."

Sorry if I pronounce name wrong Lubro at front desk was awesome and knew of our last minute cancelation and was very nice and even next day gave us an upgrade with seaview so we could enjoy our first time in Croatia! Also Melissa which was new to hotel was kind and patient with us in showing us areas of hotel and kept checking on us everyday! In the restaurant under the lobby we will always remember Ashur for his patience in our ordering of our food and translating everything we didnt understand! Also gave us great suggestions around the hotel. Thank you Grand Park Hotel for an extraordinary stay!"

We also liked the breakfast, where you have a big variety of different food options, and the staff is very friendly. We also enjoyed being in the sea spa area, which is accessible within the hotel.
