"Staff were very helpful with ordering taxis, storing our bags before and after and everything else. Room was immaculate every day and the pool facility was lovely. The adjoining cafe was fantastic as well!"

"Staff was very helpful but at times didn’t follow through. We asked for help with separating the beds and that help never came. Room was clean but when we separated the beds it was clear they’ve not cleaned underneath Elevators were slow and then one stopped working. Hotels seemed to be almost at capacity so the wait was very long. Beautiful views but prepare to have late nights without sleep as the hotel is in the middle of the resort and there is a lot of noise and lights. Curtains help with the light. You can use some ear plugs tho if you want to turn in early."

"It’s a beautiful grand property- food is good and service is very good. Beach is close. We enjoyed everything and the staff was very friendly. We had an issue w air conditioning but it was promptly fixed."
