"This was a dream come true. When we drove up we were transported to an earlier time in history. We were looking for the complete French country experience with all the comforts of a modern hotel. This exceeded our expectations. The rooms were lovely and when I opened my window in the morning, there were sheep grazing right outside. It was a very short walk to Gold Beach and about a 10 minute drive to Bayeux where we caught our tour. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delish. After we walked back from dinner we would sit in the bar for a last glass of wine before bed. We just loved it."

"It was a tad confusing as it’s attached to hotel Luxembourg and they share a reception. But we were greeted warmly and our room was ready and the infant crib was already in there. Perfect after tired all night flight. Location is great! Near the center. Staff was kind. Would recommend! "
