"The hotel was under construction, and therefore very dusty in the lobby and hallways. In the morning, we did not have hot water in our room for a shower. If we wanted to stay for the breakfast which was included, we would be sitting in the room, which was full of dust."

"Upon check-in, we noticed the windows were open, which we assumed may have been done by housekeeping to air out the room after the previous guests. However, later that evening, we began seeing bugs in the room. By the next morning, the situation had worsened, as we found bugs crawling inside our luggage. We contacted the front desk, and a maintenance staff member was sent up. He vacuumed the area and the window seals, which we appreciated, but the response from the front desk overall felt somewhat nonchalant given the circumstances. After checking out, I had to follow up myself with the general manager to ensure the issue was properly addressed. I have stayed at other Hyatt House locations before and have had positive experiences, so this incident would not discourage me from staying at other properties in the brand. However, based on this experience, I would likely not return to this particular location."

"I'll start by saying this place seems to be under construction. Hopefully they are making some much needed improvements. My family stayed for one night and we quickly realized the toilet was clogged/not flushing. My husband went to tell the front desk and she handed him a plunger! He tried a few times but it still didn't work. There was also a loud whirring sound (maybe the fridge?) After a short while we asked to be moved to a different room. We moved and that room was better but not very clean. Coffee spilled in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned up. I was uneasy staying there but it was only one night and not many choices in the area."

"Nice facility. Well kept and clean. I didn’t realize the breakfast I added on was a la carte. When I went down for coffee I was confuse. Not an issue, this was likely my misunderstanding in how it worked. Look forward to my next stay there. Highly recommend this facility. "

"When I arrived for check in the lady at the front desk was very rude,and inconsiderate of my needs for that night @the grand eastonian hotel,when I arrived to the room there was no assistance on that evening I was told when I called in about things not working in the room.She said there was no one to assist me.There was many thing’s that were wrong with the room,that this lady would not assist with during my stay.The lighting at the dining room table didn’t work.We had to eat are home cooked meal in the dark,then the toilet was not flushing properly,and the balcony outside was disgusting.Cigarette butts all over the ground,along with a dead bird out on the balcony,and not to mention,it rained that night,which led to a guest of mine going outside,and stepping into a big puddle to get her shoes,socks,and bottom of her pant legs soaking wet.I love the Grand Eastonian,and I will stay again,but it should of been a little bit more professional by the staff with considering my needs as a paying customer.Thank you"

"The room was okay. They have an ant problem. We found ants on the table under the tv. Need to spray. The breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. The woman working the breakfast area was on top of things and kept everything replenished. The bathroom shower water pressure is way too hard. It really hurt the body when the water hit you. It got a little noisy later at night, definitely kids. Should have a quiet time from 10 pm in the hotel. Close to Peddlers Village and New Hope, Pa"

"The Towneplace Suits had everything I was looking for. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, pool , gym and a pretty good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its everything I could ask for in a hotel."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I love it. The staff are excellent and friendly. The room was amazing. I usually need a super soft bed to sleep but this bed was so comfy and clean. Bathrooms are great and so clean! Can’t wait to stay here again!"
