"The Main level of the hotel is kept beautifully. Bedrooms were ok. Bathrooms need fixing up. . Beds comfortable. There was no shampoo is bathroom and the carpet needed vacuuming. Breakfast was solid. Bedrooms felt just a bit shabby."

"Everything about this hotel is fantastic. From the front desk checking in to the restaurant/bar service to the room cleaning service. The food is unbelievable and everyone there was so helpful with any request you might have. They go above and beyond. The breakfast and dinners were amazing. And you always met with smile. "

"I stayed in a lovely room, perhaps a new wing ? Not sure room 136 if not new it's certainly re furbished !! It's a friendly hotel with good local.support it seems. It was a quick over night stay, breakfast was good cooked to order. The one thing that has changed so much seems to be the early closing of the public bars in hotels. After a long day or returning to the hotel after an evening out it would be nice to have a drink. There did nt seem to be an option at 10.45 on the night I stayed. I will happily stay there again."

"The coffee machine in our room was blocked with limescale. Useless. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The toilet brush was missing. No air conditioning in the room. Otherwise, the bathroom and the room were very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."
