"Hotel was a little walk from "downtown". But the hotel was quiet, clean and the front desk was very helpful. They held our bags at the end of our trip until we were ready to leave. Let us check in and go into our room at 10am with no extra charge. Sometimes the wait for the elevator would take a few minutes but that wasnt a big issue. About a 15 minute easy walk from the train station. But no issues here and would stay again. "

"We were really delighted with our experience here. We were travelling with our baby, and I had emailed ahead to request an early check in if possible so our baby could nap in the room. Not only was this facilitated, our room was upgraded which gave us much more space for a family. This was really appreciated. All of the staff were really friendly, especially the restaurant staff as we had our little girl with us for our meals - she is a very fussy eater and they were brilliant at adapting food for her. Thank you so much for a great experience, we will definitely be back. "
