"Terrible stay. Arrived very late after a long 1,800km drive and the room was small, crowded and no working AC. No staff to complain to. Hugely disappointing. Be careful if you arrive outside of business hours. "

We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again "

"This is in an industrial area of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The pool was nice but looks a lot bigger in the pictures. It was fairly easy to find but it did feel like it was at the back of an industrial estate. That being said it was easy to access somewhere to eat and worked fine for us for one night."
