"I spent three nights here whilst away for work, I got there late on the first night and a late check-in was no problems, the staff here are fantastic, really nice people and always happy to talk, the hotel is in nice grounds with horse fields out the front, I went for a run around the local area and it was nice. The room itself was very large, and a little dated but comfy enough, it had some comfy chairs that I could use for watching TV rather than having to sit on the bed which I like. The bathroom was clean. That was plenty of parking. The pool was nice, tiny but nice, sauna was good and the steam room was out of service, i couldnt swim on one of the days due to a problem with the pool chemicals but the day i did swim it was good. I took an early morning walk around the lake out the back of the hotel and it was very nice, it was conveniently located for me whilst working in Southampton and very reasonably priced. I will be back for sure. "

"We had a super time at this hotel. Reception checked us in straightaway and were so helpful. We stayed in a premium room, everything was catered for. Customer service was outstanding. The hotel restaurant was by far the best we have experienced, food was very tasty and served promptly. "
