Very comfortable lodge, beautiful views by the river and great restaurant. Very convenient free parking on site.

Big clean room, great comfy bed. Blackout blinds and quiet room ensured a great nights sleep. Full breakfast in the dining room or a light bite at the on premise Starbucks.

Very convenient location, right front of the station. Front is always staffed and provides sense of security especially at late hours. Interior has been renovated and look new, good amount of amenity. Bed was comfortable and shower ran smooth, and bathroom was big. Overall it was good value.

The staff are excellent, they are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. This was our 2nd time here, highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay and the food was great!

I stayed in room 2 at the Phyllis Court Club the night before the start of Henley Royal Regatta. Room 2 overlooks the finish line of the regatta course. Luckily, it had cooled down from earlier in the week, as the rooms themselves are not air conditioned. I had a great full English breakfast in the Orangerie (a greenhouse dining room overlooking the river) the next morning. The bath is very well fitted, and the mattress is quite comfortable. Excellent Hotel, Great Location.

Friendly and accessible staff always happy to help. Room cleaning was fine - but we did not need much. We only had breakfast once, but it was very good and plenty to choose from. Bar was well stocked. Hotel car park was GBP21 but they encourage you to use a local shopping centre car park instead which is a 5 minute walk away and only GBP7 and they validate the ticket for you - no big hassle.
