Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room.
Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never stay again or recommend to anyone else!
I hope the owners see this review understand that this is not acceptable. The owners and staff need to appreciate the value of customers who are on holidays not be treated like a burden. Room for improvements!!

"It was a beautiful break from the hustle of travel. The staff were lovely and friendly. The bed and room was comfy. Very homey feeling, even waking up to the donkey cows and sheep. If you need a little country in your diet this is the place for you.
