"Beautiful location, lovely staff, incredible valley view from the room. Road tricky for night driving. Hotel dated but comfortable. Food excellent but restaurant menu limited. "

Friendly on arrival and when we got a takeaway pizza he was helpful and provided a knife for us to cut it up!! Room was clean and comfortable and the air con was working - thankfully as it was super hot "
"While the property is nice and the location is as good as advertised, the stay was very subpar, highlighted by two glaring problems:
1) Absolutely no staff on Sunday for our arrival. No front desk staff to check in, no guest services for questions - nobody.
2) No air conditioning made the spacious room uninhabitable, and sleep was incredibly hard to come by during the terrible heatwave that the region was experiencing when we were there."
"The hotel is located in a service area in the middle of a toll road. Once you are inside the area, you will find it very difficult to go out and eat outside of the service area . This is due to the toll road and the huge detour you need to take to get in and out. We ended having to pay to exit the tool area and then pay to get back in. When we asked about this to the hotel reception, we got very confused and conflicted messages which was not helpful at all. Apart from that, the swimming pool is very nice, the hotel is ok but basic. "
