I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay.
Room was up to date and very clean. The staff were very kind and attentive. The villa property is well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The stairs leading down to the villas from the main road make unloading luggage a bit difficult so keep that in mind if you have physical limitations.

Very private. Best accommodations for couples. Private pool. Not much to do in the area. Very out if the way. Everything is five star. 2.5 hours from airport but the drive gives you a look at the local culture. Terraced rice fields are numerous. In forty years of travel I have found no better place.
What a wonderful place to stay in Amed. First time visiting Amed and we will be sure to come back here. The Villas are located up in the hill, looking over beautiful ocean. Lots of stairs and steps to get to your Villa but it’s worthy for the gorgeous view. Everything about the Villa is clean and wonderful. There is Italian restaurant across the street that offers good variety of food and tons of local walking distance warungs to eat at. Beach is walking distance about less than 5 minutes...
This was our favorite room from our whole trip! You really can not beat the view! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They had motorbikes waiting for us upon request and took care of everything. We'll definitely be returning next year!
Room was super comfortable. AC worked great. Enjoyed the outdoor shower. We lounged on our private front porch either at the table or lounge chairs. Cottage 7 had view of gardens, pool, and some of the beach. Just past the pool is the beach with excellent snorkeling rivaling Jemeluk for coral. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
The shining star for this excellent resort was the staff. This resort was clean and the food was excellent. But the real star of the show was the outstanding staff at the resort. I have never had such polite and helpful people at a resort. Any negative areas that this resort has is more than made up for in the quality of their employees. I will return to this resort in the future.
