"The room was super clean. The cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. The entire lobby staff was respectful and resourceful. The shuttle bus to universal studios picks you up in front of the hotel doors! Loved all the options to grab food inside the hotel. Definitely staying at this hotel made my trip a whole lot better. "The location of the hotel is great if you want to explore the Hollywood area and universal studio, super convenient. Burbank is also a nice clean neighborhood. I think sometimes the request wasn’t received promptly, e.g. I have to wait for an hour for someone to just take out my trash without other housekeeping services and I have to call them a couple of times. But overall the service was decent. I super recommend the breakfast and the staff there are nice and prompt. "

"The room was clean and nice and the staff were friendly. The room does not have a table and chairs for eating. The hotel is located directly off a very busy freeway so being outside is very noisy but it didnt bother me when I was in my room. All in all I would stay there again when in that area."

"The stay was nice. The hotel does sound a little creaky, but it is 99 years old. The rooms are very clean and restored well. Superior rooms have hard wood floors, tiled shower, desk and a king bed. The room also includes robes, a safe and a large closet for storage. There is a mini bar in the room. Tv is modern and has multiple streaming aps you can use if you have the respective streaming account."
