"The room was very clean and smelled clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Great stay."

"The first room they showed us there was actual feces in the toilet. I asked him to have it cleaned, and he just took us to a different room that reeked of cigarette smoke. When I told him that wouldn’t work he took us to a third room that had urine caked and dried around the hinges of the toilet lid. We asked for a refund at that point and we’re refused."
