"Very convenient to access after flying in from London and needing to rest before the next leg of our trip. The room was small and very basic. Electrical outlet difficult to access. Needed a second bedside table. "

"Staff were helpful. One elevator was not working but what really upset me was the housekeeping knock the door several times at 8 am."

"We chose this property for the amenities available. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had come here previously for our 10th. We loved it then so were excited to come back and enjoy the updated accommodations. However, after arriving we found things to be the opposite. The property was clean but catered much more to weddings and private parties than their guests. The tiki bar on the beach closed early due to weddings two of our three days there. On our third and final day, the pool closed at 1:00 due to a private party. On top of that, we asked for fresh towels for our room and never received them. We had to go down and get them ourselves. One of the elevators broke down and never was fixed. My husband was harassed by the valet when we got our car about why we were not eating anywhere there when we had to go to a business dinner out of town. Unfortunately, because of our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
