"Clean"

"No longer provide coffee in room - must go to dining room. It is free, but very inconvenient. They have two machines that only make coffee when you put in your “order.” So you will wait during busy times. I booked two rooms and put notes to that effect on BOTH reservations. Still weren’t together at check in. Limited parking. Lot totally full when we returned in the evening. Had to park in adjacent business parking. That’s not okay. "

"Pool is great and food , beds and bathroom out dated. Other then that great place "

"The rooms are a good size, have everything you need. You can text the staff if there’s something you need or if you have a question, super attentive. Love the dunes pool too, great pool bar. Our second stay here and will definitely continue to stay again. Unbeatable value!"

"Great place with alot of fun things to do."

"This was our 2nd time staying at Alhambra Villas. The property is well maintained and close enough to orlando and all of the attractions, while being far enough to still be quiet and enjoyable. Our room was better than expected (and we already had high expectations). We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen and it was basically an apartment. There were pots, pans, flatware, cooking utensils, and full sets of plates and glassware. We also had a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. Overall 100/10. "

"2nd time staying would go again "

"Our condo was very nice and fairly new. Clean and had the basic amenities needed for our week stay. Nice big bedrooms! A few things I found annoying is that there’s definitely not enough parking near each building. We often had about a 5 min walk to our building bc there were very few dedicated spots near each of the buildings. I was also a bit disappointed bc when I booked our said “pool access” which I thought would mean our condo would be closest to the pool and although it was close I felt like it wasn’t quite as advertised. The pool in the condo area was really nice. It was warm and very quiet when we were there. It was only open till 8 which was also frustrating because I had teenagers that wanted a swim or hot tub before bed and had to drive to the other pool about 5 min down the road bc it was the only one open till 10. This also was the case with the clubhouse. My son and I walked over to play a few games and was kicked out due to closing time at 8pm. This would be fine if you had little kids but my older teens were a bit bored at night when we were just around the condo. Overall a nice stay but I didn’t love it enough that I would be back bc of the few annoyances "
