"We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes!
The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where...

"The staff were attentive and spoke good English, the property was was kept so clean, breakfast was excellent and the menu is very good. The only downside is outside the property its very quiet and a lot of the hotels further along the beach have not reopened since Covid. But if a peaceful relaxing stay on a lovely beach with fantastic staff and clean accommodation then this is the place "

Lots of restaurants within walking distance and there is a regular bus to take you to the towns. The beech is too far to walk so will need the bus or a taxi.
On check in we were incorrectly told what was free and what wasn’t in the room. Double check before you have anything as we were charged at check out for items we thought were free.
