"We were in town for a conference at the convention center and the hotel location is convenient. It was a 7-10 min walk. The area seemed fairly safe but would recommend female visitors walk in group of 2 or more. There are many homeless near the convention center area and in the evenings people coming to the area for entertainment become very loud and rowdy. The hotel staff in the breakfast area were very sweet and accommodating! However, housekeeping seemed disorganized, forgetting to service our room, forgotten delivery of towels that were requested, etc. Maybe they are short staffed? The front desk kept saying they were "very busy" and didn't seem to know how to handle these issues so we ended up borrowing supplies (towels, tissue paper) from a friend staying in another room."

"Our 1 year old crawled on the floor for less than 5 mins while we unloaded stuff into the room and when we picked her up her hands, knees, and tops of feet were black from how disgusting the floors were! Went to give her a bath, (half the reason I picked this place) and there was no plug for the tub and the shower faucet was broke and wouldn't go down in the tub. Along with a street light shining straight into the window so bright you could tell the difference between night and day with the curtains full closed. When I talked to management ans told him all this, he focused on the window shade and kept saying I wasn't doing it right. At that point we just said cancel our next night and we will find somewhere else."

"The hotel is very nice but there were a few issues during my stay. The AC was not working well the first night. Maintenance resolved that on day two. Housekeeping was hit or miss, with little attention to detail. Towels were refreshed daily, but the trash was missed one day and water bottles were not refreshed until my last evening. My bed was not made up. The room has a stale cigarette smoke smell. The staff is either overworked or undertrained."
