"This hotel is owned by a father and son who have put a lot of time and money into remodeling this hotel. Hats off to them they hired a wonderful young man who is doing a great job. He came in and apologized for a little dust being on the pool deck because of installing new tile in the pools bathroom The pool was clean and very inviting. The rooms are very clean updated and a beautiful gray on the walls. Bed was comfortable. Asked for a first floor because of no elevator and my husband being blind in one eye and does not have short vision can't see to go down steps. Was given first floor room . Food was good with hot and cold choices. Staff was always wiping down tables and food area. Very home like feeling with wonderful friendly staff always there asking if you needed anything. Great place to stay This is my choice hotel to stay at every time we come through the area. "

"Rooms were Very clean, staff was wonderful, and the new improvements made this a very nice stay! Oh, and the TV is actually a 50 in or so...great to watch.. We will definitely stay there again!"

"It was a bed for the night on New Year's Eve but it wasn't the Ritz by a long shot. Window and door needs winterized felt a breeze all night and bathroom floor had not been cleaned. It was a bed because every place around was sold out!!"
