"The shower was awful. ZERO water pressure everything was fine"

"We searched for a room for 5 people this room was in the search some pictures had 2 beds and a couch. Booked the room when we arrived checked in went to the room very small cramped room with only 2 beds no couch no place to put a roll away. Went to the front desk to ask how or what we could do to accommodate the 5 people which is what we searched and put in and this room was listed as an option. I was told no room would they have would accommodate 5 that I can put as many as I want in the search and it doesnt mean the room will accommodate at all like it was my fault . The attitude of the staff was poor and we were told the only option was to purchase an additional room. Still waiting on the refund and very disappointed in the hotel and the website"

"Sadly, was not able to take a hot shower at this location. It was luke warm at best. That was the main issue I had with the place. Also, couldn't get the room below 70 degrees. The AC said 66 was as cold as it could go, but my thermometer said otherwise. Staff was great though. Pool area... was filthy. They had a high use by children though and that comes with the territory."

"The tub had lots of hair and dirt in the tub. the carpets are dirty and the dirty tub had me after to sleep on the sheets "

"Rooms were clean and good water pressure. Breakfast was fair. Coffee was nearly out and coffee machine not working currently. Parking was fine. Room was very noisy due to highway and people going in and out until about 9pm. Best place to eat nearby was Cattlemans Roashouse."

"I was very disappointed when arriving. I booked 2 rooms through hotels.com and then I called the hotel directly to see if we could get joining rooms as we had multiple younger kids and 3 adults that we were having to split between the 2 rooms. I thought if we had joining rooms the kids could go back and forth and not have to go into the hallway. I was told that I had to be a IHG member to get joining rooms and it didn't cost to be a member. So, I said why not and signed up. When we arrived- I was told that the joining rooms were all booked up after I booked approx a month out. The rooms that we got were right beside each other- not bad- but it was the point of me going through calling them to get what I wanted and told I could have what I wanted if I just became a member, and I did, and assumed everything was good. When we got up the next morning to eat breakfast before heading out- there were NO eggs, and the waffle machine was broken. So, all they had to eat was some sausage, boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, and grapes. We had to go somewhere else to get breakfast. I booked this hotel- specifically for the breakfast and not having to go somewhere else. And we stayed in May with hopes of the kids using the pool which wasn't open yet. (Which ended up not being a huge deal as we didn't have a lot of time to spend at the hotel)"

"Our floor had not been vacuumed because there were Bobby pins everywhere. Fridge had left over food from prior person. They were supposed to refill towels and take out trash they just left 2 towels and didn’t take out trash. Saw a couple bugs in seating area."

"The staff is very nice and helpful makes you feel welcomed the breakfast was ok"
