"We enjoyed our stay. Staff responded to our requests for help. The room is good with all amenities as expected. The room showed marks on wall that were left from other furniture, bathroom was clean but extra putty and repairs were left on tiles, Shower and toilet room did not have ventilation. There was a lack of attention to details. It does not rate a best high mark for that reason. We visited the Ark Encounter. It is almost within walking distance except that you walk through the Ark grounds a lot so save your steps!"

"The hotel was in the process of being renovated during our visit. The updates were nice-looking, but there were a ton of workers coming and going, so it got a bit loud. We were initially given a room that was in the process of being worked on, so we had to get back to the lobby to get reassigned after we had already brought belongings up. We also had a squeaky fan that we had to keep off due to noise. We liked the pool and breakfast."
