"we had a suite room and it was beautiful with amazing views, the only thing to let it down was the pillows they was so big and hard we didn't sleep, spa was nice we did the mud treatment and that was very fun, it is very dated and needs some new paint work in the spa but apart from that is was lovely. "We had a great bleisure stay at the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent and clean swim/sauna/steam facilities and not crowded. Breakfasts and evening meal were superb. Will definitely stay again soon."

"A clean hotel and a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Parking is extremely limited but the West End Road car park is only a short walk away and both reasonable cost and easy to pay via the MiPermit app (which will give you a Vat receipt afterwards). The buffet style breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean and the staff helpful."

"The stay was good, but one day I come to the hotel and they had taken all my belongings from my room down to the reception. They could not explain why they had done this, I find that very strange, I was not checking out that day. I find it strange that people can’t say sorry when they have done something wrong, a bit dissapointed about that. Rest of the stay was very good."

"Having stayed a few years ago and been satisfied, this time it's plain to see that this hotel needs revamping and some money spent on it, i thought everything was tired, although not the hotels fault the locals were not the best type if you know what i mean, the location has worsened since my last visit, Thetford seemed very run down so no more visits from me."
