The most beautiful breakfast I've ever experienced!

Stayed the night before going on a cruise. Was e to leave our vehicle there for the week at no charge and take a taxi to the port. They even took care of getting the taxi to get us to the port. Very professional and friendly service. Check in time is as stated but at the time I booked it said check out was 12:00 and it is actually 11:00 so we checked out a little late but there was no problem or extra charge. The staff was super friendly and helped with anything we needed! The coffee wasn’t bad either an it was 24/7 in the lobby which is great because I drink coffee a lot! Definitely would stay here again! Room was awesome and super clean!

Very clean, cute, boutique hotel in the heart of the Garden District. Heated pool, nice bar, some food service. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend 2023 as this was the cheapest option I could find. I did not feel I sacrafied anything tho. The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. This hotel is located on a busy route so it can be noisy with the traffic, trucks, and trains. Riverside Hotel was clean and quiet. I slept well every night. Really enjoyed my stay for Essence. Location was perfect, 5 min drive to the bourbon st or arena. Staff great, enjoyed my me time in the beautiful courtyard early mornings and late unbothered.

It was incredible! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , full kitchen and living room for the same price as a small hotel room! Quiet and conveniently located. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay there again.

We stayed here during the Taylor Swift weekend. The rooms were clean and very spacious. THe hotel had decorated the lobby with a couple TSwift photo ops. It was a great weekend.

Everyone was cheerful, friendly, and very helpful even though they were working on Christmas Day. The room was nice and the carpet looked new. I'd definitely stay there again.

My family enjoyed our four night stay. The facility was new, modern and very clean. We chose this hotel because of the free parking available and the large suite that fit our family. Our first night we had trouble with TVs and the staff responded in less than five minutes. Also our requests for additional towels was quickly accommodated. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

A new hotel is of course going to be extremely clean and have nice furnishings. so hopefully this standard will be kept up over the coming years. The breakfast was not so good, however. Although we arrived to eat at 8:30AM (breakfast is served 6A-9A), the eggs were dry as if sitting for at least 4-5 hours and the potatoes were burnt and also dried up and there was only a scoop of each left. This property is the best I’ve been in during my visits, I plan on making this my choice of stay every time I come back.
