"Room was very clean, temperature in room was excellent. Staff was responsive. There was a problem with the water but I think it was a water company issue. There was an issue with another guest, not involving me but was handled very professionally by staff and authorities. Will not prevent me from staying here again."

"The beds were so comfortable. I could have stayed in it all day. Can't hear anything outside once the for is closed. The room was clean and I was very impressed with the water pressure for the shower. Will certainly stay again when I'm in the area."

"I was in town for a family emergency. The front desk clerk was very rude. At check in she did not great me, she was very monotone , deposition was very unpleasant. the next day when I checked out the same clerk was at the desk. Same attitude like she is mad at the world. She was on her cell phone. I asked for a receipt and was give a receipt that just showed that I paid. I wanted an itemized receipt which gave the break down of how much the room cost, taxes, and any other charges. She sighed told the person she was on the phone with "let me call you back" as if I was getting on her nerves or disturbed her phone call. This caused a verbal altercation and I asked to speak to the manager because I was not about to keep going back and fourth with her. You already don't have 24 hours in a room where you cant check in until 3pm and check out is 11am. Housekeeping didn't just knock on the door they were banging on the door at 9am. This whole experience was terrible!"
