"We chose this hotel based on reviews of friendly staff and cleanliness. Our experience did not disappoint! Staff handled our situation with a non functioning tv remote with expediency and professionalism. Will definitely stay again when in the area."

"I stay at a lot of hotels across the country and out of the country this was by far the best. Everything was perfect. The breakfast bar was out of this world. Would highly recommend it by far. If I had any complaint is was stayed in 313 right by elevator and the noise from the door opening the ding was a bit loud and annoying. Perfect visit to Alexandria plan on staying there more often when in area."

"The room was very clean, and in nice condition. There were little things that made the stay easier, like a shelf above the sink for toiletries, an extra chair in the room, so both my kiddos could sit and eat. The pool was not too cold, the hot tub was toasty hot. Breakfast was good, they had plenty of variety of hotel quality food. The staff was the best I've ever encountered at a hotel, from the front desk, to the sweet lady filling the breakfast bar. I wish I could find a hotel like this in every town. "

"Beautiful lake view! Watched loons flying by from the balcony. Carlos Lake state park with 14 miles of trails is just a 15 minute drive. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. "

"Breakfast was great. Cereal, waffles, etc parking was very easy. The man and woman on both shifts were very polite and helpful. I had an excellent stay there. When I come back for work I will stay there again. Two thumbs up"

"Room floor was sticky & had some candies left on the floor. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Ran out of kleenex right away. Staff wasn't very friendly. Stayed there last year & had a nice stay. This year not ao much, won't be back again. "

"Pool was not available, sauna was not available, fitness room was not available, hot tub is not available, when I asked about breakfast the hostess at front desk just walked away from me. So I checked out and went somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Two big thumbs down"
