"A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. The bar and restaurant were really well set out and the decor created a nice homely feel, very relaxing.
The food was perfect, good portion sized, nicely presented and really good quality. The cheese pie was fantastic. Really good selection of drinks at the bar and a good choice on the wine list. There was a bit of a wait in food, it was busy and they had parties on. That made it better for us, far too many places throw courses at you one after the other and it feels rushed. It was nice to just relax and take our time.
After a great night’s sleep, a fantastic breakfast. Again, good quality food, perfectly cooked and nicely presented.
Everyone on the team here was so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The waitress serving dinner and the two ladies at breakfast deserve a special mention, they are everything hospitality should be, they’re a great asset to the business.
We’re already planning our next get together and can’t wait to return. Thank you everyone for a fantastic stay and for making our Christmas get together perfect. "

"The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . "
