"Your staff was wonderful when I first came in the lady who checked me in was awesome she helped me last time too. I was in love with your room service food was on point coffee was great. Plus the beds were soft and inviting. Only problem i had was with my scooter had to take 2 elevators and because you don't have enough accesses areas but will be back again thank you to everyone "
