He either hates Americans or women or people .. we just thought it was a bad day we all have them but next day still nasty mean and unhelpful !!.. Pool looks beautiful , did not use it… the hotel has an interesting rule about wearing swimming caps and it was not heated
We were ok without the pool because there were plenty of beaches under a 10 minute drive that were beautiful with warm water
