"Breakfast and staff were great. The room was clean. There were just a number of convenience items unavailable, from broken ice machines to keys that were unreliable. The workout area was missing light weights, half the dumbbells, and the cable machine was broken on the left side. The water machine also didn’t work. "

"Staff was super nice. We were there mostly to sleep didn't use anything of the amenities except the pool the first night."

"Checked in, went to take a shower and the showerhead was broken, no maintenance man so the girl at the desk after me having to go back downstairs to see what was taking so long I found another showerhead and then I installed it. I also had to change a roll of toilet paper because there wasn’t enough on a thing to use it needed to be replaced. So I did both the maintenance man’s job and housekeeping‘s job and all they said to me in the morning when I left is sorry about that. No offer to pass it on to the manager to have the manager contact me, no offer for a partial refund absolutely nothing, will not be staying there again. Oh and there wasn’t much of a breakfast either. "

"Did not use the laundry service. The night attendant was not friendly and one of our family members had to change rooms due to plumbing issues in the middle of the night."
